Sports Massage

Also known as ‘hands-on’ techniques. Soft tissue manipulation focusing on specific areas of high-tone and tension, tailored to the individual. Often used alongside other manual therapies such as cupping and joint mobilisations.

Physiotherapy

An in depth assessment followed by a structured recovery plan helping to restore movement and reduce pain after injury, surgery or illness. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and advice to support your recovery.

Best suited to anyone managing pain, recovering from surgery, or wanting to improve movement after long-term conditions.
