Sports Massage

Also known as ‘hands-on’ techniques. Soft tissue manipulation focusing on specific areas of high-tone and tension, tailored to the individual. Often used alongside other manual therapies such as cupping and joint mobilisations.

Best suited to anyone with muscle tension, stiffness, or soreness - athlete, gym-goer, or simply want to feel looser and relaxed.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

An injury assessment followed by a structured rehabilitation plan, and in-person check-ins. Some hands-on treatment may be used in the early stages of recovery. Rehabilitation is managed online through The Axis Clinic Hub.

Best suited to active individuals or athletes with sports injuries.

Physiotherapy

An in depth assessment followed by a structured recovery plan helping to restore movement and reduce pain after injury, surgery or illness. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and advice to support your recovery.

Best suited to anyone managing pain, recovering from surgery, or wanting to improve movement after long-term conditions.
