    Megan Thomas

    Sports Therapist BSc(Hons) MSc FHT

    Megan has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and MSc in Sport and Exercise Therapy with Deans Prize for Academic Achievement, and is a member of the FHT.

    Megan has a personal background in elite sport. She has worked with a range of athlete’s including Worlds Strongest Man Competitors, Professional Cyclists and Combat Fighters, as well as experience with Leeds Rhinos and York City Ladies FC.

    Megan has an interest in working with athletes and active individuals, using sports massage and gym-based strength and conditioning to support effective rehabilitation and injury prevention.

    Susan Addison

    Physiotherapist BSc(Hons) PGcert MCSP HCPC

    Susan is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 27 years’ clinical experience working across the NHS, military, private practice, with a range of patients from sedentary individuals to elite and para-athletes.

    She has advanced masters level training in manual therapy, injection therapy, and diagnostic ultrasound, and works as an advanced physiotherapy practitioner. Susan can triage patients, request imaging, and support onward referral where appropriate.

    Susan has a special interest in headache and facial pain, as well as upper quadrant and rib conditions.

    Susan operates as an independent Physiotherapist operating from Axis Sports Clinic premesis.
