As part of the services offered to you by Axis Sports Clinic Ltd, the information you provide to us will be inputted and stored directly into our practice management system (Cliniko). This is a secure cloud-based platform.

We have engaged with the relevant suppliers and seen copies of their privacy policy in place which they have asserted is compliant with current data protection regulations including GDPR.
Practitioner Access To Client Data
Some services, such as physiotherapy, are provided by independent, self-employed practitioners (consultants) operating from Axis Sports Clinic Ltd. To deliver your treatment, these practitioners may access relevant client information, including contact details, appointment history, and clinical records. Practitioners are bound by professional confidentiality and GDPR obligation. They may only access information necessary to provide your treatment. Axis Sports Clinic Ltd ensures all client information is stored securely. Independent practitioners are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of any client date they access.
